- Usage:

1) Put 2 spatulas of matcha powder in a large cup
2) Pour about 70ml of water heated to 70°C over the Matcha tea powder
3) Then while holding your bowl with one hand, use your Chasen whisk to emulsify and blend your tea forming a “W” to get a fine foam on top of your tea - Dimensions: 21 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm
